ALL ARTS CONNECT FOUNDATON
A B O U T
ALL ARTS CONNECT FOUNDATION supports, encourages, and promotes the creation, performance, and appreciation of visual, performing, and literary arts. Providing scholarships, participation opportunities, and exposure to the arts by creating a platform for artists of all levels to create, develop, teach & share their artistic gifts.
Proceeds from prior benefits went to support the Carroll G. Briggs All Arts Scholarship and the Gavilan College Summer Theatre Arts Repertory (STAR) Program Shining STAR Scholarships.
In 2011, a group of Gavilan Theatre Arts alumni established the Carroll G. Briggs All Arts Scholarship to honor Carroll G. Briggs, a dear friend and fellow performer who graced the Gavilan College Theater stage numerous times for several decades. The scholarship is awarded through the Gavilan College Educational Foundation and is available to students interested in theatre, art, music, television production, and writing; areas of study that Carroll passionately supported and participated in.
Carroll and his wife Ardith were founding STAR leaders for the Gavilan College STAR Program established in 1985. The Shining STAR Scholarships are available for children who might not otherwise be able to participate in the performing arts.
